this closed cell foam.
Pre-sculpted
Seat Blanks Are Now Available!
| These
blanks are already sculpted - the tedious work is done for you - shape
the bottom of the blank to fit the contours of your kayak and
you're done! The bottom of the sculpted portion of the seat is
approximately 1/2" thick - this will place your center of gravity
lower in the kayak so as to maximize your kayak's stability. Standard
foam blanks are also available in three sizes and thicknesses. The foam
listed below is either
a full 1", full
2", or full 4"
thick

this allows for deeper seat sculpting and provides greater
support at the hips which translates to much better boat control than that
afforded by a shallower seat. |
